Russ Bradchulis and Soraya Loren‘s each started out dancing in their hometown bars around 2010 and began competing in the UCWDC in 2016 with different partners. They met a couple of years later at Paradise country dance Festival when Russ famously missed a restart on a line dance during warm-ups. Russ and Soraya teamed up to compete together in 2022 and quickly moved up to division two in the UCWDC where they continue to compete in couples and line dance. Together they enjoy teaching workshops at various regional and local events and they’re also the founders of Country Remix SD, the largest country social dance night in Southern California.
